► Sometimes if during a communication by email, our technical support team approves your case as under warranty — we can make a replacement for your problematic device for free.
IMPORTANT! In this case, please keep in mind that all costs of shipping the product back to us as well as a shipping cost for a new device from us to you — will be paid at your own expense* (even if the new replacement device itself will be free for you).
*Plus all the custom clearance payment (in case if your country is located outside of European Union).
► For all AMT shipments — we use DHL Express only (from AMT warehouse to you).
But for a sending the device back to us — the choice of the shipping method will be at your own discretion (from you to AMT warehouse).

If for some reason the purchased product does not meet your expectations, or perhaps you just want to try the product in real work, you can use our «30-Day Money-Back Guarantee» program.
► If you want to use this service, you have to contact us via europe@amtelectronics.com, to let us know about your decision, and then send the product to our Italian address.
► You must return the product in its original packaging, including all accessories. The returned item must have no signs of use and must be in its original condition.
NOTE: After receiving the product, we will refund the money you sent when ordering the product, minus the €25 (Euro) commission. This commission is not our profit, it is just a refund of the coast of Our Shipping Service.
