The goods presented on our website are in stock. For goods that are not available, this information is specified in the product description as «Sold out».

DISPATCH

Usually we dispatched «In stock» goods the next Tuesday or Friday after the payment.

DELIVERY FOR EUROPE

The shipping is via DHL Express.

• For Italian customers:
  With a total order value of up to €250 — the shipping fee is €20.
  With a total order value of more than €250 — Free shipping*!
  
  
• For customers from other territory of the European Union:
  With a total order value of up to €250 — the shipping fee is €25.
  With a total order value of more than €250 — Free shipping*!

* Not for guitar cabinets (as these devices are too heavy — a total calculation will depend on your country).

Delivery time depends on the region and typically takes 3~10 days.

NOTE: Please don’t forget to check your TRK number status, and if you are waiting for the pack for more than 5 working days, as soon as you can — please contact your nearest DHL Service with your TRK number.

DELIVERY FOR OTHER COUNTRIES

The shipping is via DHL Express, a total calculation will depend on your region and started from €30.

Delivery time typically takes 5~10 days.
